We will be happy to exchange or accept for return any item, subject to the following terms. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
All sales are considered final after 30 days.
All sales of seasonal items are considered final as of the date of the special event (For example, Christmas Clothes are final as of Christmas Day).
All sales are considered final if the garment has been used, soiled in any way, worn only once, or only worn for a photograph. Clothes may be tried on for fitting purposes.
Please do not return used garments.
All items returned to Nanas-Boutique.com, must be in New, Unused and Unworn condition. The return shipment Must contain all original items, including; all Garment Items, Accessories, Hangers, Garment Bags, etc.
All Returns must clearly indicate a Return Authorization Number. Contact Nanas-Boutique.com to receive your authorization number and return shipping instructions. Items received without this number will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All Sales are Final on all items on the Clearance Rack or offered for Sale at a 30% discount from of the retail price. Clearance Items may be returned for Exchange or Store Credit Only!
All items returned for credit or exchange must be received at Nanas-Boutique.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. Under Special circumstances and at our discretion, Nanas-Boutique.com may authorize the return of items after 30 days with a 25% restocking charge.
Merchandise is considered Used if it has been worn once or worn for photographs. Used items will not be accepted for credit, exchange or refund.
All returns must include all items shipped including hangers, garment bags, any accessories and the original garment tags. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns that do not include the original tags.
A restocking fee will be charged on all Bounced, Returned or Refused shipments. The restocking fee will be 50% on all Special Order Items and 25% on the order total or $10.00 whichever is greater.
Please wrap and package any return items to protect them from any damage. Consumer is responsible for any damage to merchandise and Return Shipping Charges. Please insure any return shipments.
The Customer is responsible for All shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original Credit Card Number after all conditions of the Return Policy have been met. Due to Bank transaction time, Please allow up to two weeks for your credit to appear in your account.
Nanas-Boutique.com will always strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible. We will ship domestic orders via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail.
All orders are shipped on normal business days, Monday through Friday, except Holidays. Domestic orders received prior to 8:00 AM Eastern time, will be shipped the same business day. International orders will be shipped the next business day. Please refer to U.S. Postal Service for delivery details and guarantees.
Priority Mail - This is our standard shipment method. Normal delivery times are 2 to 3 days, including Saturday deliveries. The projected delivery date will be indicated during the "Order Checkout" process.
Express Mail - Normal delivery is 1 to 2 days, including Saturday deliveries. The projected delivery date will be indicated during the "Order Checkout" process.

We gladly ship any item to your Post Office Box address. We utilize the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail for this service.
In Support for our Troops, we gladly ship any item to your APO or FPO address. Delivery Confirmation service is not available to APO/FPO addresses. We utilize the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail for this service.
Nanas-Boutique.com fully insures all shipments at no additional cost to our customers. It is the responsibility of the Customer to Insure any Returned Items against Loss or Damage.
All orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. If a Valid e-mail address is provided with your order, you will receive an e-mail notification of the Tracking Number. Please allow 1 to 2 business days before attempting to track a shipment with the on-line Tracking Systems at U.S. Postal Service.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. There will be no additional charges for Orders canceled prior to shipment except Special Order Items requiring a 50% non-refundable deposit. There is a restocking fee of 25% of the total order or $10.00 whichever is greater or 50% for Special Order Items, for Bounced, Returned or Refused shipments.
Shipping and Handling Charges within the United States are based on actual shipping costs as established by the US Postal Service. Shipping and Handling Charges are based on the weight and size of items ordered, the destination Postal Code and the delivery service selection. The actual Shipping Charges are calculated by during the "Order Checkout" process.
Nanas-Boutique.com utilizes the US Postal Service for all Shipments outside the United States. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Services are not available on International Shipments
The following shipment methods are now available to our International Customers. These Transit Times do not include any unforeseen or excessive delays in Transit or Customs.
